What materials are your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is crafted with 14K gold-plated base metals and cubic zirconia (CZ) stones. This gives our pieces the look and feel of fine jewelry at an accessible price point. Our products are not solid gold or natural gemstone unless specifically stated in the product description.

Will the gold plating tarnish or fade?

With proper care, our 14K gold plating maintains its shine for an extended period. We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at support@savannahellis.com with your order number and we'll provide an update.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@savannahellis.com. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made, but you may return the item upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within the United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories). We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
