Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Savannah & Ellis Jewelry, we are here to help. Please read our complete returns and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Return Scenarios

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Item: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and ship the correct item to you at no additional charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Order Never Arrived: If your order has not arrived within 21 business days from the shipping date and tracking does not confirm delivery, we will reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team:

  1. Email us at support@savannahellis.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Important: Please do not send returns without first contacting us for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Inspection period: 1–3 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund issued: Within 3–5 business days after inspection is complete.
  • Refund method: Credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refund visibility: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@savannahellis.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@savannahellis.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return once you receive the item.
