At Savannah & Ellis Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date your order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more within the United States. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on your cart subtotal before taxes. No coupon code is required — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS and UPS to deliver your orders. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and the items ordered.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order at any time by contacting us at support@savannahellis.com.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery area, including porches, garages, and with neighbors.
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@savannahellis.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days from the shipping date and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund at your preference.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Savannah & Ellis Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@savannahellis.com and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
